The Company was founded by practitioners with deep roots in Nigerian petroleum trading to close a structural gap in the nation's oil and gas value chain: the need for a professionally governed, reliably capitalised intermediary capable of executing vessel-grade crude exports, refined-product distribution, and marine and offshore equipment procurement to the consistency and compliance standards that buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions require.
We operate as a full-cycle intermediary, sourcing, facilitating, and closing transactions from mandate inception through to settlement, supported by a network cultivated over years of active participation in Nigeria's NNPC-aligned lifting ecosystem, its independent downstream supply chain, and the marine and offshore services sector.
