Francis Idin

Francis brings over ten years in petroleum trading to Trinity IDF's mandate origination and execution, including work with Chevron and Shell as a local content supplier and contractor. His core competencies span BLCO cargo facilitation and vessel-grade transactions, downstream product distribution, Importation and sales of AGO LPFO and Jet A1 Fuel, Nigerian banking and trade finance, and an NNPC-aligned counterparty network built over years of active participation in Nigeria's lifting ecosystem. He maintains Trinity IDF's regulatory relationships with NUPRC, NMDPRA, and CBN, the standing that makes fast, compliant deal execution possible.

Cyndy Agbankwe

Cyndy holds an MBA from Lagos State University and brings over seven years of experience in bulk sales and Jet A1 aviation sales and procurement. She leads mandate origination and counterparty management at Trinity IDF, structuring and executing deals from first contact through close. She manages buyer and seller relationships across the trading book, ensuring every cargo movement is backed by a verified, well-matched counterparty.

Okeoghene Ovumare

Okeoghene holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. As Logistics and Operations Manager, he coordinates vessel movements from nomination to discharge, manages cargo surveyor engagement, processes Bills of Lading, and liaises with terminals, the operational backbone that keeps every cargo on schedule and every delivery tracked to completion.

Emmanuel is a business intelligence and analytics professional with eight-plus years across banking, telecoms, and technology services in Lagos, building KPI dashboards, predictive risk models spanning 13 African markets, and customer segmentation analysis that has driven measurable gains in operational performance and marketing ROI. He has also worked with financial institutions such as UBA and private equity firms. At Trinity IDF, he manages trade finance instruments and payment processing alongside management accounts and financial reporting, pairing rigorous analytics with commercial banking discipline to ensure every transaction is backed by the documentation institutional counterparties expect.

Chioma Iheagwara

Chioma is a lawyer with nine years of experience specializing in data protection across Nigeria and Europe, cross-border expansion, and cross-jurisdictional AML/CFT and VASP licensing. She leads Trinity IDF's legal and compliance unit, managing contract review, regulatory filings, dispute resolution, and partnership documentation. She implements the company's AML/CFT programme end to end including CDD/KYC oversight, sanctions screening, STR filing, and NFIU reporting, the compliance infrastructure that lets banking partners and international counterparties transact with confidence.
