How much do I need to invest?

The minimum is ₦1,000,000, which buys half a plot. A full plot is ₦2,000,000, and you can buy as many plots as you like, subject to availability.

What exactly am I buying?

You are funding the production of one or more plots for a cycle and sharing in the profit that production earns. You are not buying land title, and you do not farm anything yourself, we run the operation.

Can I choose which crop I invest in?

Yes. You can invest in yam plots, vegetable plots, or split your investment across both. Yam is the higher value staple with a larger payout weighted to the end of the cycle, vegetables are the cash engine, paying out earlier and more steadily across the year. Your profit share is based on the crop you chose.

What return can I expect?

We target 18 to 22% per production cycle. This is illustrative, not a guarantee. Actual returns depend on yields and market prices and could be lower, including a loss of capital.

How long is a cycle?

Approximately 12 months, covering set up, planting, the vegetable harvests through the year, and the yam harvest and lean season sale at the end.

When and how do I get paid?

At the end of each cycle we calculate profit, distribute the investor share across all plots, and pay you in proportion to the plots you hold. You can cash out or reinvest into the next cycle.

How is my money protected?

Capital is released against milestones, not all at once. The farm is diversified across two crops and multiple buyers, uses storage to manage price timing, and reports monthly. Governance and compliance oversight is provided by Legum Compliance.

What are the main risks?

Weather and flooding, price swings, first cycle yields, input cost and currency movements, operational execution, and limited liquidity during a cycle. Please read the full Risk Statement before you invest.

Can I visit the farm?

Yes. Serious prospective investors are welcome to arrange a visit. Contact us to schedule one.

Can I exit early?

This is not a liquid investment. Your capital is committed for the cycle and there may be no easy way to exit before the cycle closes.

Is this regulated, or is it a security?

This website is informational and not an offer of securities. Any investment would be made with Trinity IDF Investment Limited and governed by definitive written agreements.

How do I reserve a plot?

Use the reservation page. Reserving is free, requires no payment, and commits you to nothing. We will send full documentation and answer your questions first.
